Returns or exchanges are available for items purchased directly from wearenemy.com within 30 days from date of receipt, for US orders only. Returns for Canada orders are accepted for a refund or store credit.

Please see below for specific conditions for return/exchange based on specific product categories.

Enemy is not responsible for any return shipping costs or duties for domestic and international returns unless there was an error that occurred on our part (ie. factory defect, incorrect item shipped, incorrect size, etc).

To initiate a return or exchange please email our customer service team at xxwearenemyxx@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Please note that not all items can be exchanged as exchanges are based on availability.

Item must be new and unused and include all original packaging

Exchanges are only applicable for in-stock items only

 

What's Covered and What's Not

Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship are covered for the lifetime of the product. Normal wear and tear, damage caused by abuse, negligence/user modification, chips to the top or sides of edgeless paddles, and the natural breakdown or fading of graphics or textures over extended use are not covered.

 

NOTE

If you are shipping an item over, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item as it is possible, though rare, for packages to be lost in the mail, or sent to incorrect addresses for which we are not responsible for these losses. You can be reimbursed by your chosen shipping provider however if you choose the correct shipping insurance on your return to cover that cost.
